Save / Open Analysis
File > Save analysis enables saving the current analysis state (location/size of internal frames, existing populations, selected markers).
If you are saving analysis a state for the first time you will have to provide an analysis name.
If you want to save analysis as a new file you should click on the 'Save analysis as' item in the File menu.
The result of certain analysis actions such as X-Shift clustering and export populations are saved as state FCS files.
You can find these files in '../{segmentedFolder}/FCS/compensated' path. The name of the analysis will be the prefix in the FCS file name.
Your analysis state JSON file will be located in the experiment root folder.
If you want to open some analysis state then you should click on the 'Open analysis' item in the 'File' menu and pick analysis state JSON file that you want to restore.
